How To Prepare
Gather Member Info.
Taking a few minutes to prepare will ensure that you have an easier time navigating the System Upgrade. Printing previous statements and Bill Pay information are a couple of ways Online Banking users can prepare. Check out our guide below to make sure you are prepared for the System Upgrade.
Bill Pay
Print a copy of all payees from the current system. This will be needed since data WILL NOT transfer to the upgraded Bill Pay system. The last day to schedule payments will be April 30th. To ensure your payments are processed without interruption, please make other arrangements for Bill Pay, as this service will not be available after the system upgrade.
e-Statements
Print out your account history and the last few statements of your accounts from Online Banking prior to the System Upgrade for reference. If you do not have access to a printer, our member service team will assist you. All members (even those currently enrolled in e-Statements) will receive a free paper statement for the first month following the System Upgrade. Following this, your statement distribution will return to normal.
Order Debit Cards
April 14, 2025 is the last day to order debit cards until the new system is live. If you know your debit card is lost or damaged, please notify us immediately so that we may deactivate the old card and issue a new one. Delays in ordering will create delays in receiving your card.
Enroll in Online Banking
All Online Banking enrollment will need to be completed by close of business on April 14, 2025. Enrollments after this date will be processed on the new system once live, effective May 2, 2025.
Please note that current Online Banking credentials will not
convert over to the new system. Please see below for additional information.
Note: Bill Pay data WILL NOT transfer over to the new Bill Pay system. Please print a copy of all payee data or use the How To Prepare Guide to record all payee information. All recurring payments will no longer take effect after Tuesday, April 29. This is only for members using iPay within Online Banking. Any recurring ACH or debit card payments to payees will continue to process post-upgrade.
Account Information
Account Numbers
Although your account numbers will remain, your account suffixes will change. Please make note of the new account suffixes as you make loan payments and/or refer to your specific accounts with questions and maintenance.
Checks, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards
Your existing checks, debit cards, and credit cards will continue to work after our System Upgrade. Your Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) will also remain unaffected.
Direct Deposit
Your direct deposits will continue to post to your account.
Certificates and Loans
Current certificate and loan terms, as well as any payment due dates will remain the same.
