Visit the PCTFCU Rewards Visa Login Site and follow these simple steps:

  • Click the “Enroll” button

  • Submit your account number

  • Answer security information and questions

  • Create your username and password

How do I reorder checks?

Quickly and securely reorder your checks online with online check reordering. Have your routing number, account number, and next starting check number ready. You can also call us at (508) 291-0777 to reorder your checks.

How do I request loan payment coupons?

Yes, the credit union offers annual scholarships for community high school seniors. Learn more about our scholarships at the link.

Is the credit union insured?

As a member of PCT Federal Credit Union, you can rest easy knowing that your funds are safe and secure as deposits in the credit union. PCTFCU is financially sound, and your deposits are safe and insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA, and we also provide additional insurance through MSIC. The safest place for your money is with the credit union. We are committed to ensuring the safety of your deposit funds with the credit union. How are Bill Pay payments made, electronically or by check?

Depending on the type of bill, some payments are sent by check, and some are sent electronically. When viewing your bill pay account or payments section of bill pay online, it will list how the bill is paid in a teal oval underneath each bill payment.

Does PCTFCU offer Notary Services?

Yes, PCTFCU offers notary public services to all of its members and community. A notary administers oaths and acts as a public officer to the residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A notary public’s primary duty is to witness your signature for contracts, CORI forms, estate planning documents, and other official papers. PCTFCU provides this service for our members free at our branch during normal business hours.

IMPORTANT: To have a document notarized, please be sure the document is unsigned and that all signers bring photo identification, such as a valid passport or valid state-issued identification card.
