Update 6/15/21: The PCTFCU lobby is open! PCTFCU remains fully committed to serving you during this time. The safety of our staff and members continues to be our priority, and we strongly encourage utilizing our online and mobile banking services during this time.

Please note: Although our branch is open, we ask that members entering the branch to please wear face masks. If you prefer to not wear a face mask, we ask that you use the drive-up to conduct your transaction.

Update 12/30/20: Economic Impact Payments (EIP) from the government are being distributed via ACH, U.S. Treasury checks and Debit Cards in the near future. To best manage your account during this time, we suggest referring to this important information:
– We ask that you only check your Online Banking once per day to check on your Economic Impact Payment. This way, the Online Banking system will not be overloaded with users constantly checking their accounts.
– We encourage you to sign up for eAlerts through your It’s Me 247 PCTFCU Online Banking or Mobile Banking App. eAlerts will notify you of any incoming checks or deposits within 30 minutes of the transaction clearing via a notification in the Mobile App or via email, depending on how you set up your alerts, and you will not need to continuously check your account. To set up eAlerts, please click here and follow the steps listed.
– To see if you have an ACH payment pending, please follow these steps: Via the Mobile App: Login to your account, click “My Accounts,” then click “ACH Transactions.” Via Online Banking: Login to your account, and then under the “My Accounts” tab, select “ACH Transactions” from the “View” column. Please Note: If you do not have any pending ACH payments pending, the “ACH Transactions” tab may not appear.
– If you do not see your deposit on a particular day, please wait until the following day to check your account again, as overloading the system with continuous checkins will only lead to issues.

Our drive-up continues to remain open for transactions and we are offering curbside banking. However, if you do need in-person service at the credit union, we are open for appointment-only service. UPDATE 5/20/20: The three national credit reporting agencies — Equifax, Experian and TransUnion — will be providing free weekly credit reports for consumers via portal through April 2021. If you are anxious about your financial well being during this time, you can take advantage of this free service to monitor your credit reports.

UPDATE 5/13/20: Cybercriminals are counting on consumers to be distracted and let their guard down so they can take advantage of them with phishing scams. If you do not protect yourself and know the signs of a phishing scam, they can trick you into handing over personal or financial information. In addition to email phishing scams, there are other types of phishing scams you may experience, such as phone calls, text messages, websites and social media. UPDATE 4/16/20: Stimulus checks from the Federal Government are starting to be delivered to consumers. Some consumers have already received their stimulus checks via direct deposit if the IRS has a direct deposit account on file. If you would like to find out when your stimulus check will arrive, please visit If you would like to check your balances and check if your stimulus check has been direct deposited, please log into your Online Banking account or Mobile Banking.

UPDATE 4/2/20: As a member of PCT Federal Credit Union, you can rest easy knowing that your funds are safe and secure as deposits in the credit union. PCTFCU is financially sound and your deposits are safe and insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA and we also provide additional insurance through MSIC. UPDATE: Effective March 17, 2020, PCT Federal Credit Union will be servicing all members through our drive-up window only.
